Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain attached to the products.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
